Always. Every booking includes a direct planning conversation with Drew. You can submit must-plays, do-not-plays, favorite artists, and overall vibe. The set is built around your event — you work directly with Drew, not an assistant or coordinator.

As early as possible — especially for peak Scottsdale season (March–May and September–November). Prime weekend dates book 4–8 weeks out. Drew takes a limited number of bookings to ensure every event gets full attention. Once the date is gone, it's gone.

Drew will respond personally within one business day to discuss your event, timeline, and music direction. From there, you'll receive a custom proposal tailored to your event — not a menu of packages. Once you're ready to move forward, you'll sign an agreement and submit a retainer to lock the date.

No. Dates are not held without a signed agreement and retainer. If you have a date in mind, the earlier you reach out the better — peak season weekends go fast.

Yes. Private pool homes, rented villas, Airbnbs — as long as there's power access and reasonable space for a setup, Drew can make it work. Send the venue details when you book and logistics are handled from there.
